Please remember to be careful with your drinking sweetie. alcohol has ruined many a young persons life. It can make you dependent on it before you actually realize what has happened. Both Linda and myself have members of our family that became alcoholics. It is not a pretty thing to see happen to someone that you care about. Like smoking and drugs it will destoy you.

What OT said. My liver is damaged due to booze. It aint no fun when it fails and everybody in the hospital looks upon you with that pitying look when you ask how bad it is. You don't feel any pain, other than a few issues a little too gross to go into. But the term too weak to get out of the bed is a very real position for one to be in. And the liver biopsy.... OUCH!!!!!

Moderation my dear. I see nothing wrong with getting blisterd every once in a long while. But when it happens more often than not, you're heading for a lot of hell you never want to face.

omg how depressing are u lot and OT i haven't had a drop of alcohol for two years that one night i had at hannah's was the only time i have had a drink im pretty sure i'm allright lol im a very sensible lass trust me i aint stupid and i treated myself just that once i think i deserved it lol

Good for you Lass. I am proud of you. Just remember, just because some one else is stupid enough to do stupid things it doesn't mean that you have to. You have to live you life the way that you want to. If you can't please yourself, you will never be able to please someone else. Here are some of the things I kind of go by.

1. Try to be the kind of friend that you would like to have.

2. Try to be the kind of parent that you would want your children to be.

3. If you are in a position of authority, then try and be the kind of boss that you would want to have.

4. And last but not least, always try to treat others as you would like to be treated. This is probably the hardest one to do as others will try and take advantage of you, hurt you and even make fun of you or worse. But you cannot let that change who and what you are.

Now I know that young good looking 21 year old is still hiding in there somewhere. Now if I could just get him to come out again. Besides if I ever grew up I would have to start being nice to HP.... Not a chance. It is not that I don't like her. Cause I really do like all OLD ladies. heheheheheheh

No matter what life brings your way, don't ever lose that ability to laugh. One thing I always say is that no matter how hard it gets for me, there are many folks out there that have it a lot worse than I do.
