Funny Side Effects Of Percription Drugs

Okay, you may ask what is so funny about drug side effects. This is not a thread to talk about the serious pre-cautions and possible real side effects of drugs. It is just a funny look at drugs and their potential side effects. Now we all realize that is can be no joke, so that is not what I am saying. But, when you see commercials on tv for instance for some drug and a beautiful portrayal (often like a mini movie) of the wonders of the drug and it's benefits...then follows in teeny weeny print a list of dozens of side effects, or they are even spoken at the end very rapidly, don't you find yourself laughing your azz off and going, wow, is the drug worth it? I realize too, that in any clinic trial and study, that if even one person out of 3,000 people reports a headache, it has to be listed as as a possible side effect, even if it can not be shown to have come directly from the medication and one one person had it. All drugs can but not necessary have a side effect at all for patients, or the side effect is minor or dissipates over time. All that being said, this is just a funny thread to have a lighthearted look at side effects.
