If it weren't for the weather, I'd love it where I am. The mountains on one side, the coast on the other. And living so close to a military base, it's easy to meet people from all over the country. All over the world actually as a lot of the gi's that get stationed here have met and married people when they were stationed over seas. Still thinking of moving to the mountains, that will probably be when my youngest is grown though. Don't like the idea of being that far away from my kids when their just getting started in the world.

Well I gotcha both beat. On one side lives Harrisin Ford whom I have seen numerous times riding his yellow motorcycle and just down the road from us lives Tiger Woods. Haven't seen him yet. As I under stand it there are several sports figures that maintain homes here but I do not know which ones. Very Happy

Ha Ha....thats funny....sadly it has happened to my mom and my brother......

My mom and my brother were headed to work......they lived on opposite ends of town and each worked on each others end of town. Both dumdums were... Im assuming riding the center line and ripped each others mirrors off. Sadly my mom had no clue who she hit because she is a freak about being late to work....so she called it in when she got there.....the cops had a huge laugh....and I almost died laughing. My mom is co owner of my brothers truck and the insurance is also in her name so.....her rate makes one wanna faint.
